when i first saw these in the internet, i told myself i had to try it. the first attempt, i failed because the ladybugs started to smile.. oh yes.. they really “huat”. Nothing so wrong with that since huat kwey ARE supposed to huat! but in this instance, it’s supposed to be controlled temperature steaming so they look round as it is 😉
not too bad this time i guess… never imagined something so traditional can be contemporary 😀
