it is always either angel food cake, swiss meringue or macarons after lapis day.. and so i took up the challenge of Rilakkuman macarons (recipe adapted from fishlee-story) just to close my bake for the month… be off for nearly a month before i get back so i guess Mr. Siemens oven will be happy abt it.
so here I come Tokyo, Singapore, Athens Silverseas and Istanbul!
