red bean buni suspect my skills with bun doughs.. no matter what i do, they always turn out so wrinkly… what’s wrong with my kneading skills?

it’s difficult looking for a good bun dough and i found one that i like with Qi Qi in the House.. just that i pumped up the sugar so that it can be a sweet bun dough on its own.

the texture is nice and fluffy.. just that it looks really wrinkly… sigh.. gotta improve on this
