i love crayon shin-chan cartoon ~ sometimes i wished i will have a kid like that..
lots of frustration but fun around the house

本人对蜡笔小新这个小孩儿特别有感觉 ～有时觉得要家里多个类似他这样的小孩儿，
乐趣无穷

Ingredients (made 9-30g crayon shin-cyan and 8-15g xiao-bai doggy)

160 unsalted butter, softened
60g icing sugar
20g caster sugar
1 egg yolk
150 plain flour
60g potato starch
30g ground almond
20g custard powder
30g cornflakes (processed till fine bits)

2 tsp cocoa powder (to make chocolate dough)

软化无盐黄油160克
糖粉60克
绵白糖20克
蛋黄1颗
面粉150克
土豆淀粉60克
杏仁粉30克
卡仕达粉20克
玉米片（搅碎）30克

2小匙可可粉（可可面团使用）

Directions/方法

– cream butter, sugars and egg yolk in a large bowl till well mixed
容器里加入黄油，糖和蛋黄，打至均匀

• in another bowl, mix flour, potato starch and custard powder together. sieve well, then add in ground almond and cornflakes. mix well
  另一个容器中加入面粉，土豆淀粉和卡仕达粉。过筛后混入杏仁粉和搅碎的玉米片。拌匀

• add flour mixture to butter mixture and mix to form a dough
  面粉类加入事先拌好的黄油／糖和蛋黄糊。搅拌，并搓成面团

• remove about 100g of dough and knead in 2 tsp of cocoa powder
  取出100克面团，加入2小匙可可粉，搓成可可面团

• wrap both dough and chill for 40 mins
  两份面团包上保鲜膜，冷藏40分钟

divide original dough into equal portions of 30g
原面团分割成30克等份

press each dough flat and shape the face accordingly
面团稍微压扁，并整形成面部

pinch some cocoa dough to cover the hair, and form the eyebrows
随意捏少许可可面团，在头顶铺上“头发”，并在脸部上加上少许面团做眉毛

pinch an even thinner cocoa dough to form either eyelash or eyes
再次捏上更细的可可面团做睫毛或眼睛表情

add cocoa dough to form eyes
加上可可面团做眼睛

– use remaining dough to shape doggy (did not take pictures as this was fairly straightforward)
剩余的愿面糊可随意捏成小狗形状 （没图解因为小狗整形较简单）

– after the above is formed,  chill for at least an hour
整形完成后，再次冷藏一小时

– just before baking, pipe mouth expressions using melted chocolate. then bake in preheated oven of 135 degrees C for 40 mins
烘烤前，用融化巧克力画上嘴巴表情，然后放入预热至135摄氏度烤箱烤40分钟
