Dough
135g bread flour
15g cake flour
3g instant dry yeast
80ml milk
1g salt
15g trehalose or sugar
10g butter
25g egg

Filling
6 slices round shape ham
1 slice cheese
6 pieces choco baby

面团
面包粉 135克
蛋糕粉 15克
干酵母 3克
牛奶 80毫升
盐 1克
海藻糖或糖 15克
黄油 10克
鸡蛋液 25克

馅料
圆形火腿 6片
奶酪 1片
choco baby 巧克力豆 6颗

Directions/做法

IMG_7649– mix all dough ingredients (except butter) and knead till you get a soft dough. knead in butter, incorporate well. allow to proof till double in size
面团食材(除黄油)混合、和面后,加入室温黄油。搓揉至拓展状态,进行一次发酵直到面团双倍大

– after proofing, punch dough down and divide into 6 equal portions. shape into ball and rest for 15 mins
发酵后,面团排气、分割成6等分。搓成圆形,休面15分钟

– meantime, prepare filling
准备馅料

将火腿片切至如以上图解,既是2大、2小片

IMG_7631slice cheese into 6 equal portions
奶酪片切成6小片

take a big portion of ham and place a slice of cheese on top
在一片大份的火腿上,摆放一片奶酪

IMG_7633cover with a small piece of ham
盖上一片小份的火腿

IMG_7634then top it off with another big portion of ham. repeat process till you have 6 portions of filling
最后在铺上一片大份的火腿。以上步骤重复、至完成6份馅料

IMG_7635take a portion of dough, and roll into an oval shape
取一份面团,擀成椭圆形

IMG_7636place a portion of filling on top right corner
右上方摆放一份馅料

IMG_7637fold dough into half and seal. please seal VERY TIGHTLY otherwise the cheese will leak out
褶半、面团封口捏紧。一定要紧哈,要不奶酪溢出来就不美啦。。

 IMG_7638using a small scissors, snip of a small triangle to form the trunk
用小剪子,在面团上剪下一份三角形。如此就形成了大象的鼻子

IMG_7639roll the 2 small triangles from the 2 elephants into a ball
将2只象包包剪下的三角形面团搓成一团

IMG_7640press the ball into a flat disc and divide into half
将其面团擀平、切成半

IMG_7641stick this to the main dough to form the ear
将以上面片粘到主面团上,形成耳朵

IMG_7642press the shaped elephant down slightly and prick a hole for the eye. then proof for 30 mins
将整形过的象包包稍微压扁、用竹签在眼睛不为刺上小孔。进行二次发酵,约30分钟

IMG_7643preheat oven to 180 degrees C and brush buns with the remaining egg
烤箱预热至180摄氏度。(用剩余的蛋液)餐包刷上一层蛋液

IMG_7644press choco baby into the eye. press in tightly. bake for 15 mins and serve
this bread browns fast, so you may like to tent the bread 7 mins after baking
将一颗choco baby 巧克力豆塞入眼睛部位(一定要塞紧哈)。送入烤箱烤15分钟即可
这餐包上色很快,所以建议烘焙7分钟后,在餐包上铺上一张锡纸
