180g bread flour
15g sugar
3g salt
3g instant dry yeast
60g milk
50-60g water
18g unsalted butter

Filling
3 hot dog, cut into thick slices
1/2 green pepper, diced
1/2 yellow pepper, diced
1/2 red pepper, diced
1/2 onion, diced

Seasoning
dijon mustard 1tbsp
mayonnaise 1 tsp

Finishing
10g egg
20g milk
basil, chopped finely
black pepper

糖 15克
盐 3克
速发干酵母 3克
牛奶 60克
水 50-60克
无盐奶油 18克

馅料
热狗 3条,切厚片
青椒 1/2个,切丁
甜椒 (黄色/红色)各1/2个,切丁
洋葱 1/2个, 切丁

调味
美奶滋 1 大匙
法式芥末 1 小匙

收尾
鸡蛋 10克
牛奶 20克
罗勒碎 少许
黑胡椒粉 少许

Directions/做法

IMG_7510– place all ingredients into breadmaker, process and proceed with first proofing
所有食材放入面包机,混合,进行和面、发酵过程

– after dough has risen, punch down, and divide into 6 equal portions. rest for 10-15mins
发酵后,面团排气、分割成6等分。休面10-15分钟

– meantime, prepare seasoning, and add to all filling ingredients (except hot dog). mix well
准备调味料,然后加入所有馅料食材 (除热狗),混合均匀

– roll a portion of dough into a flat disc, place into liner and press the centre of dough flat. use a fork to make various holes on the base of the dough
将一份面团擀成面皮,铺在纸托里。中间压平、并用叉子在面皮上扎出透气孔

– spoon in filling and hot dog into the dough, sprinkle with black pepper and basil. cover with cling wrap and proof again for 30-40 mins
勺入馅料和热狗,撒上黑胡椒粉和罗勒碎。盖上保鲜膜,进行二次发酵,约30-40分钟

– brush with egg wash and bake in preheated oven of 180 degrees for 12-15 mins
面包边刷上一层蛋液,送入预热至180摄氏度烤香烤12-15分钟即可
