IMG_7946i once saw something like that on Cookpad but have always put this off the to-bake because i know it will crack my back
somewhat, i’m in the mood today…
well… it was neck, back and hand breaking.. but all worth it
某年某月(的某一天)在Cookpad (日本烘焙网络)看见一个手绘曲奇食谱。。
但,就一直拖延此食谱。。因为这食谱考验耐性至“极”点。。(不是几点哈)
练背、练颈、练手指公。。。
不过,烤出来的效果。。满意十足
꒰๑˃͈꒵˂͈๑꒱୭̥*゙̥♡⃛ Ɛn꒻öႸ

Ingredients (makes about 16 cookies depending on thickness)

260g plain flour
1/4 tsp baking powder
120g soften butter
80g sugar
1 egg + 1 tsp vanilla extract
1 piece (about 1/12 bar of chocolate) of dark chocolate

面粉 260克
泡打粉 1/4 小匙
软化黄油 120克
糖 80克
鸡蛋 1颗 + 1小匙香草精
黑巧克力 1块 (约 1/12 块巧克力)

Directions/方法

IMG_7945– make print outs of the cartoon characters you like on your cookies. make sure it is an inverted copy
事先打印出心意的卡通图案。切记打印出的图案应是反方向

- prepare dough by creaming butter and sugar till pale & fluffy。 add egg + vanilla extract in few additions, and finally folding in sifted flour and baking powder. the dough will be wet
准备曲奇面团。黄油和糖打发. 分次加入蛋和香草精。最后拌入过筛的面粉和泡打粉。面团是偏湿的

IMG_7922 roll it out Into desired thickness and chill for at least 1 hour
将面团擀成心意的厚度。冷藏自少一个小时

IMG_7923meantime, melt the chocolate
将巧克力融化

IMG_7920place a piece of baking paper over your print out
在打印出的图案纸摆上一张烘焙纸

IMG_7924using a toothpick, outline the cartoon with melted chocolate. take all the time you need
reheat your chocolate if it hardens
竹签粘上融化巧克力,照着图案画上轮廓 ~ 别心急 ~ 慢慢画
如巧克力开始硬化,就再次加热

IMG_7925it took me 1 hour 15 mins to finish drawing 6 of these..
next time i’ll choose bigger images… i couldn’t feel my right hand anymore
anywayz, chill this for 30 mins
这玩意儿折腾了我75分钟。。
下回找个大些的图案。。。手指都瘫痪了。。
冷藏 30分钟

IMG_7926remove both chocolate painting and cookie dough from fridge
carefully place chocolate sheet on top of cookie dough
巧克力图案和面团从冰箱取出
小心地将巧克力图案摆放在面团上

IMG_7927use a rolling pin and roll the picture over the cookie dough gently
chill for 20 mins
用擀面杖,将图案轻轻地在面团上来回擀几次
冷藏 20分钟

IMG_7928remove dough from fridge and gently peel off baking paper with chocolate
if the chocolate does not peel off properly, put back the baking paper and scratch on it gently, then try peeling off again
面团从冰箱取出,小心地将巧克力烘焙纸撕开
如果巧克力图案还粘在烘焙纸上,将烘焙纸再次盖回面团上,然后轻轻地在图案抠几下

“踏搭”

IMG_7932cut cookies with cookie cutter and bake for 18 mins in preheated oven of 180 degrees C
(my cookies were quite thick, that’s why i baked for 18 mins ~ you should bake till the edges are golden brown)
用曲奇模切裁出曲奇
送入预热至180摄氏度烤箱烤18分钟
(我的曲奇比较厚,所以用了18分钟。您只需将曲奇烤至边缘变金黄色即可)

IMG_7933use a straw to cut out holes whilst cookies are still hot (if you want to string the cookies)
如想穿绳,可趁曲奇还热着时,用吸管在曲奇裁出小圆形

将曲奇挪至冷却架进行冷却
