好长时间没做大理石磅蛋糕了。。。大家都非常想念这金典蛋糕

Ingredients 

240g butter
240g cake flour
3.5 large eggs
1.5 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
180g sugar
84ml milk
1 tsp vanilla extract

10g dark cocoa powder
45ml hot water

鸡蛋 3.5颗 (大)
泡打粉 1.5 小匙
盐 1/4 小匙
糖 180克
牛奶 84毫升
香草精 1小匙

黑可可粉 10克
热水 45毫升

Directions/做法

IMG_7851– grease and line baking pan. my pan is L23 x W8 x H8 cm
烤盘抹油、铺上烘焙纸。我的烤盘尺寸为 长23 x 宽8 x 高8 厘米

– sift flour, baking powder and salt twice. dissolve cocoa powder into hot water and set aside
面粉、泡打粉和盐过筛两次。黑可可粉融入于热水。待用

– beat eggs briefly in a bowl with vanilla extract
鸡蛋和香草精放入碗中,略略拌匀

– cream butter and sugar till light and fluffy, then add in egg mixture gradually. incorporate well
黄油和糖打发至鬅松状态后,慢慢加入鸡蛋液。混合均匀

– add in one third of the flour and half portion of milk. mix well
加入三分之一面粉和半份牛奶。拌匀

– add in another third of the flour and the remaining milk. mix well once again
再次加入三分之一面粉和剩余的牛奶。拌匀

– add in remaining flour and mix again
最后拌入剩余的面粉

– take 2 scoops of batter and mix with 3 tbsp of cocoa mixture. my ice cream scoop is 3cm in diameter
取出2勺原面糊 (我用了3厘米宽的冰淇淋勺),拌入3大匙可可液

IMG_7843scoop a third portion of batter into pan and using a teaspoon, drop dollops of cocoa batter onto batter
将三分之一原面糊勺入烤盘中,再用小勺勺入可可面糊

IMG_7845scoop another third portion of batter on top of the above
铺上三分之一原面糊

IMG_7844and once again, drop dollops of the remaining cocoa batter on top
再次用小勺勺入剩余的可可面糊

IMG_7846pour the remaining original batter into the pan and make swirls using a skewer
最后将剩余的原面糊勺入烤盘,然后用竹签在面糊里随意画“8”字

IMG_7847even out the surface with a spatula
用橡皮刮刀铺平面糊

IMG_7848make a slit in the middle of the cake
bake in preheated oven of 190 degrees for between 60 – 75 mins. i baked mine for 64 mins, tenting the cake at the 30th min as it was browning
after removing cake from oven, allow it to cool in the pan for 15 mins, before unmoulding to cool completely
在面糊中央划上一刀
送入预热至190摄氏度烤箱烤 60-75 分钟。我烤了64分钟。烘烤30分钟后,蛋糕盖上锡纸
蛋糕出炉后,让蛋糕在烤盘里冷却15分钟后在脱模,进行最后冷却
