咋们家很少吃米饭。但两天前开餐时,阿姨就煮了一大锅。。。
~~ 那么多的剩饭。。好吧。。摩斯汉堡,该你上场啦

Recipe adapted from Dailydelicious

Ingredients (makes 2)

rice burger
330g cooked rice
2 tbsp plain flour * i omitted
1-2 tbsp water (optional, depending on how dry your rice is) * i omitted

teriyaki pork filling (replace with chicken for dietary purposes)
100g thinly sliced pork
1/2 thinly sliced onion
1 tbsp mirin
1 tbsp shoyu (japanese soy sauce)
1 tbsp sake

finishing
salad leaves
mayonnaise * i omitted

米饭汉堡
熟米饭 330克
面粉 2大匙 *我免了
水 1-2 大匙 (可免,依照米饭湿度决定是否需要加入)*我免了

日式照烧豚(猪)肉馅料(可用鸡肉替代)
豚肉 100克,切薄丝
葱头 1/2颗,切薄丝
味醂 1 大匙
日式酱油 1 大匙
清酒 1 大匙

收尾
沙拉菜
蛋黄酱 *我免了

Directions/做法

– first, i prepared the filling. mix seasoning together, then add oil into frying pan over medium heat. cook onions ill soften, then add pork and seasoning. stir fry till pork is thoroughly cooked
我事先准备了馅料 ~ 调味料混和。热锅冷油,以中火将葱头加入,爆香。葱头煮软后,加入调味料和豚肉,炒至熟透。捞起,稍冷却

IMG_8143mix rice with flour and water and press into round moulds (mine are 7 cm). i bought these moulds in tokyo and believe you can get these in any bento specialty shops
面粉、米饭和水混和,勺入模子(我的模子宽 7厘米)。模子是在东京采购滴,不过相信在日式便当专卖店可找到

IMG_8133heat up some oil in a frying pan and brown the rice cakes
煎锅烧热后加油,放上米饭团,煎至上色

IMG_8134mine’s something like that… i feel that anymore makes it hard (like “guoba”)
我的大概煎至这个程度呗。。再焦就有点儿像锅巴那么硬

– place some salad leaves on top of a rice burger, top with mayonnaise and teriyaki pork and a bit more mayonnaise. then top with another rice burger. serve hot
在一块米饭团摆上沙拉菜,一点蛋黄酱、照烧豚肉、再加一点蛋黄酱。最后盖上另一块儿米饭团。趁热吃哈
