Ingredients

*180g strong bread flour
*6g baking powder
*30g sugar
*1g salt
2 large eggs
300-400 ml milk * i used 330ml ~ use lesser milk if you want your pancakes to plump up
few drops of vanilla extract

*泡打粉 6克

牛奶 300-400毫升 *我用了330毫升 ~ 牛奶适量调整。如想要有“丰满”的烙饼,可减少牛奶用量
香草精数滴

Directions/做法

IMG_8122– mix all (*) ingredients in a bowl and whisk till light and fluffy
将所有(*)食材混和并拌至蓬松

  • beat egg slightly and add in milk and vanilla extract. fold liquid ingredients into flour mixture
    鸡蛋略打散后加入牛奶和香草精,然后倒入干性食材。专用橡皮刮刀将面粉翻拌均匀

  • allow batter to rest a bit until it gets bubbly * i sifted the mixture before this
    让面糊稍静置至其气泡*此步骤前我先将面糊过筛

  • scoop batter into ungreased nonstick pan and flip when bubbles form on surface of batter and bottoms have browned * i used 2.5 ladles of batter for each pancake
    面糊勺入不抹油的不粘锅。面糊顶部起泡而底部变金黄色时即可将烙饼翻转*我用了2.5汤勺的面糊
