这期的最棒食谱の自制曲奇饼本月十五日要开动咯!
Ingredients (makes six 5.5cm cookies)
50g vegetable shortening, room temperature
40g icing sugar, sifted
60g cake flour
40g rice flour
1 tbsp soy milk powder
2 tbsp soy milk
白油 50克,室温
糖霜 40克,过筛
蛋糕粉 60克
粘米粉 40克
豆浆饮料粉 1大匙
豆奶 2大匙
Directions/做法
– cream shortening and icing sugar. add in soy milk and mix till well blended
白油和糖霜充分搅拌后加入豆奶。拌匀
– sift cake flour, rice flour and soy milk powder together into shortening mixture
晒乳蛋糕粉、米粉和豆浆饮料粉
– mix till you get a soft dough. do not over mix
搓揉至成团。切勿过度搓揉
– weigh out 45g of dough and knead in 1/2 tsp of black sesame powder
称出 45克面团,搓入半小匙黑芝麻粉
– take a small pinch of dough and mix in with a bit of strawberry powder
再取一小撮原面团,搓入一点草莓粉
roll original and black sesame dough into 0.4cm thickness
prepare a 5.5cm round fluted cookie cutter, 3cm oval cookie cutter and L3cm egg shape cookie cutter
原面团和黑芝麻面团擀成 0.4厘米厚度的面皮
准备一个 5.5厘米花边圆形饼干模、一个3厘米椭圆形饼干模和一个长 3厘米的鸡蛋形饼干模
cut out 6 discs of round (body) and oval (head) shape cookies
裁切出 6片圆形(身体)和椭圆形(头部)面皮
repeat the same for black sesame dough using egg shape cookie cutter
黑芝麻面皮同样的也裁切出 6片鸡蛋形面皮
cut off one third of black sesame egg shaped dough with the oval shape cookie cutter. we will use the smaller portion for the face
使用椭圆形曲奇模将三分之一的鸡蛋形面皮切出。这就形成了小绵羊的脸部
place a piece of head and face cookie dough onto the body cookie dough
身体面皮上摆放一片头部和脸部面皮
place sesame seeds to resemble eyes
摆上两颗黑芝麻做为眼睛
roll small pieces of strawberry dough into balls and place between the eyes
roll thin strips of black sesame dough and coil to resemble horns. attach next to the face
finally, imprint any wording on cookie if desired
草莓面团捏出六块小面团,搓圆后摆放在眼睛中间做鼻子
最后,将多余的黑芝麻面团卷成长条形,卷起后沾到脸部两侧做羊角
曲奇空位可压上心意的字体
– bake in preheated oven of 170 degrees C for 10 mins or till the edges become golden brown
送入预热至 170摄氏度烤箱烤 10分钟或至边缘上色即可

The sheep cookies look too cute to eat! May I know where I could get the cutters? As for the soy milk, is it sweetened or unsweetened?
hello Sharon, these are set of flutted cutters, where you get many sizes in one pack (could be a set of round or oval shaped fluted cutters). a friend bought it for me but i am sure they are easily available in baking supplies shop.if you don\’t hv the fluted ones, round shaped works also (may not be that cute though).
my soy milk was slightly sweetened, but it is fine sweetened or unsweetened as it is a very small amount needs. hence, it will not make the cookie overly sweet 🙂
