Ingredients (makes about 66 small cookies)

125g butter, soften
65g icing sugar
40g egg
150g cake flour
25g custard powder
13g soy milk powder (milk powder is fine)
3/4 tsp coconut extract (or orange extract)
zest from 1 orange

黄油 125克,软化
糖霜 65克
蛋液 40克
蛋糕粉 150克
卡仕达粉 25克
即溶豆浆粉 13克(奶粉 ok)
椰子香精 3/4 小匙(香橙香精 ok)
一颗橙的橙皮

Directions/做法

IMG_8375– beat extract into egg. whisk briefly then add in orange zest
将椰子香精拌入蛋液。略打散后加入橙皮

– meantime, cream butter with sugar till pale and fluffy. add in egg and blend well
黄油和糖打至蓬松状态后,加入蛋液。拌匀

– add in sifted flour, custard and soy milk powder in 3 additions. do not over mix
过筛的面粉、卡仕达粉和豆浆粉分三次拌入黄油糊。不可过度搅拌

– spoon batter into piping bag and pipe cookies onto baking tray line with parchment paper
面糊勺入裱花袋,在铺上烤纸的烤盘上裱出心意的模型

– depending on size of your cookies, bake cookies in preheated oven of 160 degrees C for 10-15mins. it may take up to 20 mins for larger cookies. cookies are done when the sides and top of the cookie is slightly browned
以曲奇大小为定,曲奇送入预热至 160摄氏度烤箱烤 10-15分钟。较大型的曲奇烘焙时间约 20分钟。只要曲奇边缘和顶部稍微上色即可出炉
