Ingredients (makes one small pizza)

dough
100g bread flour
62g warm water
1 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1.5g instant dry yeast

tomato sauce
mozzarella cheese
salami
seaweed
1 slice of emmental cheese
1 slice of cheddar cheese

面包粉 100克

即溶干酵母 1.5克

番茄酱
马苏里拉芝士碎奶酪
萨拉米
海苔片
爱曼塔切片奶酪 1片
车打切片奶酪 1片

Directions/做法

  • mix all dough ingredients except butter and knead till you get a soft dough. incorporate butter and knead till you get a silky dough
    面团食材(除黄油)混合、和面。加入黄油,搓揉至光滑

  • rise dough till double in size
    一次发酵至双倍大

IMG_8551punch dough down and roll out into a 4mm disc. poke dough using a chopstick. proof dough for 30 mins
面团排气、擀成 4毫米厚度的面皮。面皮表面用筷子捅孔后发酵 30分钟

面皮涂抹番茄酱

撒满马苏里拉芝士碎奶酪

IMG_8554then place salami pieces closely. remember to place as close as possible as the cheese upon baking will cause them to spread
bake in preheated oven of 170 degrees for 20 mins
摆上萨拉米片。注:叠片时密度高些,因烘烤过程中,奶酪融化会导致萨拉米散开
准备好的面皮送入预热至 170摄氏度烤箱 烤 20分钟

IMG_8555allow pizza to cool then cut out eyebrow shapes out of seaweed. place on pizza
出炉后,待凉。用海苔片剪出睫毛,摆到披萨上

IMG_8557using the base of a large round piping tip, cut out 2 big circles from the emmental cheese
用大圆形裱花嘴底部在爱曼塔奶酪片压出两片圆形

接口处修边

IMG_8559using a small round piping tip, cut out 2 small circles from seaweed. these forms the pupil of the eye
再用小圆形裱花嘴在海苔片上压出两片小圆形,形成眼珠

IMG_8560place emmental cheese and seaweed onto the pizza
爱曼塔和海苔摆到披萨上

IMG_8561finally, cut beak shape off the cheddar cheese and place on pizza… your angry bird is done
用车打奶酪片剪出喙形。。。做好啦!
