厌倦了每早上那吃蛋的方式?要不来份鸟巢鸡蛋

Ingredients (makes 2 nests)

2 eggs
2 pinches of salt

鸡蛋 2颗
盐 2小撮

Directions/做法

IMG_8499– separate egg white and egg yolk
蛋白和蛋黄分隔

IMG_8483whisk egg white till stiff, dry peak
蛋白打至干硬形状态

IMG_8484shape egg white meringue into 2 circles on baking tray. create a dent in the centre
蛋白霜勺到烤盘上,形成圆形。中央凹下

– bake in preheated oven of 200 degrees C for 3 mins (or till browned)
送入预热至 200摄氏度烤箱,烤 3分钟(或直到上色)

– remove from oven, and add in egg yolk, one in each egg white
蛋白取出,各蛋白中央加入一颗蛋黄

– continue to bake for 3 mins. remove and serve immediately
继续烤 3分钟即可出炉。立刻想用
