Ingredients

10 chicken drumettes

seasoning (feel free to season according to personal preference)
salt
ground black pepper
one clove of garlic, finely diced
1 slice of ginger, finely diced
1 tbsp chinese wine

1 egg
corn starch
fresh breadcrumb (i used homemade breadcrumb ~ process any leftover white bread till fine crumbs)

翅根 10只

调味料(也可随意调料)


现磨粗粒黑胡椒
蒜 1瓣,剁碎
姜 1片,剁碎
料酒 1大匙

鸡蛋 1颗
淀粉
新鲜面包屑(我用了自制面包屑~将吃不完的白面包用搅拌器搅碎即可)

Directions/做法

snip chicken meat gently off one end of the drumette
用剪子将鸡肉从翅根一段剪开

pull the meat down gently
慢慢将鸡肉往下拨

shape it into a ball at the end of the bone
在翅根另一端将鸡肉推成小圆球

this is what it should look like
整形后的翅根

use your palm to firmly shape the drumette
用手掌将鸡肉按压定形

season drumettes for at least 2 hours
翅根拌入调味料腌制至少二小时

after 2 hours, drain off the seasoning
二小时后,将调味料滤干

coat the drumette with corn starch
翅根裹上淀粉

followed by egg wash
接着沾上蛋液

finally, coat it with breadcrumb
最后裹上面包屑

all ready to fry
准备下锅了哈

bring a pot of oil to boil, then place the drumettes in it. turn to low heat immediately
汤锅加入油以大火煮开后将翅根加入,立马转小火

fry till drumettes turn golden brown and serve immediately
将翅根炸至金黄色即可
