can’t believe I’d been travelling for a month! Munich, Rio, Sao Paulo, Punta del Este, Buenos Aires, Singapore, Seoul… phew! and the husband ask if I’m keen to go Seoul with him again this Sunday for a day… raincheck boss
did I miss baking? mmmmm… actually not as much as I expected. I did alot of reading though.. looking at things to bake – things that I have never baked rather. Exploring new ideas, new baking methods, new ingredients.
