ingredients (makes 12 crispy chicken wings)

12 chicken wings
3 cloves of garlic
3 slices of ginger
2 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp shaoxing wine
1/2 tbsp ground black pepper

100g cake flour
2 medium eggs
160g potato chips

食材(可做 12只鸡翅)

鸡翅膀 12只
蒜 3瓣
姜 3片
生抽 2大匙
蚝油 1大匙
绍兴酒 1大匙
黑胡椒粉 1/2大匙

蛋糕粉 100克
鸡蛋 2颗、中号
薯片/洋芋片 160克


wash & pat dry chicken wings
make 2 slits on the wings
鸡翅划上两刀 add in seasoning and mix well
allow to marinate for at least 2 hours
(i left it in the fridge for 2 days)
(我冷藏了两天)this is the potato chips i used
(feel free to use spicy ones if you like)
(喜欢辣味的同鞋可用辣味薯片哈)make a small opening on packet
薯片袋子撕个小口 release air from the packet and smash potato chips using a roller
(do not smash it to powder~)
(切勿压成粉喔)place flour, beaten eggs and smashed potato chips into separate plates
面粉、蛋液和压碎的薯片分别用盘子摆放 coat chicken wing with flour
鸡翅裹上面粉 dredge across with egg wash
沾上蛋液 finally coating generously with smashed potato chips
and then 裹上压碎的薯片 place onto lined baking sheet
将鸡翅摆放到烤盘上 bake in centre rack of 180 degrees C preheated oven for 20-25 mins
(i baked for 22 mins)
送入预热至 180摄氏度中层烤箱烤 20-25分钟即可
(我烤了 22分钟)and i caught my little one crunching on this ~~~
she’d never eaten potato chips before… so i just opened a can of worms
闺女自行开餐 ~~
