oh boy… i cannot stop baking ever since i got back. Back’s still hurting and shoulder still sore but nothing’s stopping the girl and her obssession with baking.

i saw this recipe on Kitchen Corner’s blog ~ she owns one blog that i truly love (amongst a couple others) although it is sad she is now away taking care of her kid. These coconut buns are nothing but soft! truly those texture that you find in a very local kopitiam. The oneh oneh fillings were a tad too sweet even though i’d cut back on sugar, but i guess it’s my fault for using coconut cream instead of coconut water (oh ya, Beijing ran out of coconut water and milk!).

will i bake these again? the bread, oh ya….
