dough
260g bread flour
25g caster sugar
20g milk powder
3g instant dry yeast
3g sea salt
125g water
30g egg
20g softened butter

filling
80g softened butter
50g icing sugar
100g desiccated coconut
30g egg

Directions/做法

mix all dough ingredients (except butter) and knead till dough comes together
add in butter and knead till window pane stage
面团食材除黄油混合、和面后加入黄油
揉至出膜

divide dough into 4 equal portions and proof till double in size
面团分割成 4等份、发至双倍大

prepare filling by mixing all ingredients together
divide into 4 equal portions and set aside
内陷混合均匀
分割成 4等份、备用

Without punching dough down, roll out a portion of dough into a disc
wrap in a portion of filling. seal seams and flatten
面团无需排气、擀成面片
裹入一份内陷、封口捏紧、压扁

roll dough out into an oval shape
将面团擀成牛舌形

allow to rest for 20mins till it is pliable
松弛20分钟

roll dough out once again
面团再次擀开

卷起

cut dough into half and place cut side up
面团切半分二。切面朝上

allow to proof till double in size
发酵至双倍大

bake in centre rack of 180 degrees C preheated oven for 15 mins
送入预热至 180摄氏度中层烤箱烤 15 分钟即可
