wow.. such a long name… but chocolate pound cake is what it really is. And it’s a challenge now that i have run out of Valhora cocoa powder.. but today, i’m using the Organic Green & Black cocoa powder… not too bad as well and i had really good eggs that the driver bought! first time i see the yolks soooo orange.
These had really nice crisp texture outside and crumbly inside.. simply yum. 18 mins for cuppies, and
52 mins for a pound cake size. And Markus & wife are coming by to pick up the other loaf for their guests later…
