IMG_6935ever since i made digestive biscuits in the past, i stopped purchasing these. after all, homemade is always much better, no?
this time, i modified the recipe using organic coconut butter to make it even healthier…
ok ok.. real reason is so that i can play with my new mould^^
自从上回做了消化饼之后,家里再也没有超市买的消化饼。。毕竟,自制的还是健康些,对吧?
这回,我在之前的食谱稍做了改变,用了有机椰子黄油。。健康多了。。
其实真正原因是因为我想玩新模子

Ingredients (makes eleven 40g biscuits)

100g wholegrain flour
100g oats
1/2 teaspoon baking powder (increase to 1 tsp for roll out biscuit)
30g organic coconut flower sugar
100g organic coconut butter (use normal butter if you want a roll out biscuit)
2 tbsp milk

*如用这个食谱,请预备模具(如月饼模)

全麦面粉 100克
燕麦片 100克
泡打粉 1/2小匙 (如想做普通消化饼,请增加至1小匙)
有机椰子花糖 30克
有机椰子黄油 100克 (如想做普通消化饼,请使用普通黄油)
牛奶 2大匙

Directions/做法

IMG_6936– put all dry ingredients into food processor and blend till fine texture
将所有干类食材放入搅拌器,搅拌至细腻粉状态

– add in butter and mix till crumbly
加入黄油,搅拌至小颗粒

– add milk and mix dough till it is no longer crumbly but firmer
加入牛奶,拌匀至面团无颗粒并稍微成团

– press dough into mould and remove biscuit. continue till dough is used up. chill biscuits for 30 mins
将面团压入饼干模,倒扣。重复程序至用完面团。做好的饼干冷藏30分钟

– preheat oven to 180 degrees C
烤箱预热至180摄氏度

– bake biscuits for 22 mins (bake for 15 mins if you have thinner cookies) and cool on wire rack
饼干送入烤箱,烤22分钟(如饼干比较薄,烤15分钟即可)。烤好的饼干放在冷却网上进行冷却
