Very nice canisters … and the personalised labels ^-^! Wish I could have one !
酱多chocolate chip,一定香极了
Hi Victoria, your cookies looks really yummy.
Going to bake tonite. May I know which rack(lowest or middle rack) is supposed to baked with? Will the bottom of the cookies get darker(burnt) than the top? How to avoid?
Looking forward for your advice.
Thanks.
Hello Melinda.. apologies for tardiness in replying… VPN in China can be a pain. bake in middle rack.
it is inevitable that the bottom browns faster but it is ok. it will not get burnt if you following the instructions closely (unless your oven is not working well). the range of 160 (longer baking time) to 190 degrees (shorter baking time) for baking cookies have been tested, so it\’s very safe 😉
Noted. Thanks for the advice.
不懂做么最近都不能在你家留言,你也不来,又不能联络到你。。
哎呀呀。。。。

Hi Victoria,
I can see why these cookies are addicitve! Looks yummy!
And I like your personalized stickers!
Hey Victoria.
I want to make this!!!!! I can just imagine the smell by looking at the photos !!
I am just curious, what is the difference between this and the famous Amos double chocolate cookie recipe you posted? Besides the nuts. Looks almost the same. Any notable difference in taste and texture?
I\’m vexed. Don\’t know which to bake. If I had the time I would bake all!! =D~~~~~
hey JessaBuff, how r ya?
ok, good question.. as u can see, this recipe uses much lesser amount of sugar because it depends on the bountiful of choc chips to lend the choco sweetness. and some people just enjoys biting and eating bits of chips….
if my memory hasn\’t failed me, all conditions being the same i.e. i used the same cookie scoop and baking time and temp, this batch had a slightly moist-ier (pardon my english) texture and the other a drier and crispier texture. both are nice.. but somewhat, the men loved the dry batch.
hope this helps
Thanks Victoria! I\’m great.
Think I will try out the other recipe.
Will let you know how it goes ^^
hi Victoria,
your cookies looks so delicious!!
can I ask do we need to chill the dough before scooping out on tray to bake?
thanks in advance !
Hello Summer, it\’s not necessary
