Directions/做法

print out desired image and place a piece of baking paper on top
grease these well so they stick on the base of the pan properly
try to flatten out creases (otherwise your picture will turn out like mine)
PLEASE USE VERY GOOD BAKING PAPER ~ otherwise your drawing will stick to the paper
prepare sponge cake batter according to the link provided above
将心意图片打印出、摆上一张烘焙纸
将两者抹油、粘到烤盘底盘
必需将折痕拉平,要不然做出来的效果就像我这个皱纹玛丽莲哈
亲们,烘焙纸可要用好哒~要不然图案都粘在纸上~前功尽弃
按照以上链接制做海面蛋糕糊

scrap off batter from spatula and sift in 3/4 tsp of dark cocoa powder
mix well
将刮刀上残留的面糊刮入容器、筛入 3/4小匙深可可粉
拌匀

pour cocoa batter into a small piping bag
将可可面糊倒入小形裱花袋

trace out thicker lines of image by piping batter
将形状裱出

trace out finer lines using a satay stick
(easier to control)
like it or not, you have to be fast with this step before your batter deflates
细小的线条转用竹签画出
(会比较好操作)
亲们操作这不是尽量快手以避免面糊消泡

bake drawing in 160 degrees C preheated oven, centre rack for 2.5 mins
(or till drawing is baked)
将图案送入预热至 160摄氏度中层烤箱烤 2.5分钟
(或至到图案烤干为止)

remove, then place base back into cake ring and pour batter into pan
tap pan gently and level surface
bake in 160 degrees C preheated oven for 45mins
将图案取出、把烤盘底盘摆回烤盘圈内
倒入面糊、轻拍数下、表面刮平
送入预热至 160摄氏度烤箱烤 45分钟

invert cake and peel off baking paper immediately
cool completely before slicing
出炉后立马倒扣、撕掉烘焙纸
待凉后即可切片享用
