already the second splash of xmas goodies!

i’d been taking it easy with baking… hv to cool this fondant craze in me… seem to want to bake cake and just top with a cute fondant. I spend most of my time colouring the fondant and somehow, i think i’m not getting this right… fondant always stick on my hands. i must have scrubbed my hands at least 4x everytime i colour the fondant…

this Chocolate Yule Log cake, is one of my favourite recipes and i was looking forward to bake this the 3rd or 4th time… but guess what… i forgot the flour! yes! i once laughed at how a blogger can actually forget the flour in her chiffon cake! this is really karma…. but hey, it turned out well still! pat pat
