japanese wrapped sponge cake

ambivalent feelings about what’s gonna happen but since it’s planned, i should be happy. now, i can really fulfil the wish of “I should be home baking”.

i bake these little packets of love ~ inspired by Junko….nice twist to the normal swiss rolls :D

I’m still searching for inspirations for my bakes.. i need ideas ideas… maybe i really should enrol myself into a baking academy in Japan!
