bamboo charcoal swiss roll ~ little pucca

i finally found bamboo charcoal powder in Singapore (so dumb… it was in abundance in China…. anyway..) i wanted to make something different.. something creative with it….

these days, i’m very into roll and layer cakes. suddenly little pucca came into my mind. that little disney character , china doll, two little buns, and red cheeks…

this is a simple roll cake.. simply infused the cream with coffee mocha essence to achieve the ivory colour for the face…
