and so i bought these sponge cake moulds (they call it 梅花盏 in Chinese) from Hong Kong. This receipe from Jane Chew’s blog. It’s simple and really tasty.. the only thing I could have done better, is to watch the height of the moulds… i filled it to 90% of the paper (instead of the moulds).. how dumb… so some of them had a cracked top..
anyhows, yummy… luv…. and of course with my double bakes day, I’d also baked another Orange butter cake (receipe from Nasi Lemak Lover)… picture probably to come
