面包粉 175克
海盐 1/4小匙
好力克 2大匙(原食谱用了奶粉)
即溶干酵母 1/2大匙
绵白糖 35克
B
土豆泥 75克
土豆水 40毫升(也就是用来水煮土豆的水)
鸡蛋 半颗
C
黄油 33克
做法:
-加入 B,和面成团
-加入C,继续搓揉之拓展状态 ~ 约 10-15分钟
-摆入抹油的盆中,发酵至双倍大 ~ 约 60分钟
-面团排气、分割成 9等份。二次发酵至双倍大,约 45分钟
-筛上面粉,送入预热至 180摄氏度烤箱烤 15分钟或金黄色即可
Personal notes/温馨小贴士:
– no idea what i was trying to achieve… anyway, i didn’t want to waste the remaining egg. so i egg washed each roll 4x and started to make markings using a fork
鬼上身~不晓得想干啥。。不想浪费另半只蛋液。所以每个餐包都刷上四层蛋液,然后用叉子在顶部胡乱涂鸦

I know, how can you not love this bread with such soft and fluffy texture! Another recipe bookmarked… Great idea of substituting milk powder with horlicks. Yum!

Hi Victoria, thanks for your simple & yummy recipe.. I\’ve tried it. It\’s a success, my family love it. I\’ve baked it 3 times, the last time, I tried substituting potato with sweet potato, it turned out great too. 😀
