ingredients (makes 5 bears)

dough adapted from killer toast recipe

filling
60g butter
30g icing sugar
20g egg
30g coconut cream powder
30g black sesame powder
5g potato starch
10g black sesame seeds, toasted and crushed

5 raisins, soak with hot water for at least 5 mins then pat dry

10 black sesame seeds

面团取自于夺命软吐司食谱

内馅
黄油 60克
糖霜 30克
蛋液 20克
椰浆粉 30克
黑芝麻粉 30克
土豆淀粉 5克
熟黑芝麻 10克、压碎

葡萄干 5颗、浸泡热水自少 5分钟、沥干水份

Directions/做法

prepare filling ~ sift icing sugar into softened butter and beat till well incorporated
制做内馅~将糖霜筛入软化黄油、打发均匀

add in egg in few additions, blending well after each addition
蛋液分次加入,每加入一份拌匀后再加入另一份

add in all remaining ingredients and mix well
chill for at least 30 mins
倒入剩余内馅食材、拌匀
冷藏自少 30分钟

proceed to prepare dough, then divide into 5 portions of 60g dough
roll out remaining dough into a thin sheet
制作面团、将其分割成 5份 60克面团
剩余面团擀成薄面片

roll a portion of 60g dough into a disc and spoon in one portion of filling
seal seams well
取一份 60克面团擀成圆片,勺入一份内馅
封口捏紧

place seam side down and press lightly to flatten
收口朝下、轻轻压扁

use a 3.5cm round cookie cutter to cut out round disc from the dough sheet
运用 3.5厘米圆形饼干模具在之前擀出的面片裁切出小面片

place 2 pieces onto baking sheet, and a shaped bun on top of the 2 pieces of dough
烤盘摆上两片小形圆面片,再放上已裹入内馅的面团

using a 4.5cm round cookie cutter, cut out 5 pieces of dough from remaining dough sheet
运用 4.5厘米圆形饼干模具在剩余的面片切出 5片面片

place it on top of bun
将其摆在面团上

punch a little hole on the bun, then secure raisin into it
面团压出一道小坑、放入葡萄干、固定位置

roll remaining dough into thin strips and line around bears’ ears
(this step can be omitted)
once again, flatten shaped dough with palm slightly
proof shaped buns till nearly 1.5x the original size
将剩余的面片擀成长条,缠绕着小胸耳朵
(此步骤也可免)
用手掌再次将面团轻轻压下
面团发酵至 1.5倍大

after proofing, making indentations on nose using a fork and position sesame seeds as eyes
发酵后,用叉子在鼻子压上纹路,并摆上黑芝麻当眼睛

bake in centre rack of 180 degrees C preheated oven for 15 mins or till golden brown
送入预热至 180摄氏度中层烤箱烤 15分钟或至金黄色即可

brush melted butter (not in recipe) onto buns once out of oven
面包出炉后趁热刷上溶化黄油(食谱外)
