add in butter and knead till window pane stage

面团分割成 4等份、发至双倍大
divide into 4 equal portions and set aside
内陷混合均匀
分割成 4等份、备用
wrap in a portion of filling. seal seams and flatten
面团无需排气、擀成面片
裹入一份内陷、封口捏紧、压扁
将面团擀成牛舌形
卷起
松弛20分钟
面团再次擀开
卷起
面团切半分二。切面朝上
发酵至双倍大
送入预热至 180摄氏度中层烤箱烤 15 分钟即可
