煮熟的土豆压成泥
加入虾泥
适量加入盐和胡椒粉调味儿、拌匀
准备好的土豆虾泥分割成 12等份
轻轻裹上面粉
裹上蛋液
面包糠和干椰丝混合均匀

I didnt see the prawn tails when you are deep frying them. May I know when to stick them to the prawn balls. Thanks.
Hi Elena, thanks for picking that out! i have edited the instruction to include the insertion of prawn tail. it will happen just before frying, i.e. after coating with bread crumb and desiccated coconut
